The Pennisi Story — Born in Sicily; Grown Throughout the World
This story began over thirty years ago, in a quiet village near the Etna volcano, when Mr. Sebastiano Pennisi begins the production of typical artisan sweets.
Over the years the company becomes the property of his son Orazio, a second generation entrepreneur. Orazio, driven by the same passion of his father, continued the artisan production of cannoli wafers, improving their organoleptic properties. The waffles are even tastier and more fragrant, excellent to savor with the filling even the next day.
At the beginning, Pennisi produced cannoli wafers, using simple and genuine ingredients, as required by the ancient family recipe. The crunchy and tasty cannoli wafers have been the main activity of the Pennisi company for years.
The Pennisi Dolceria Siciliana’s secret is a mix of traditional and modernity, and all products are craft for style and quality. The raw materials are highly selected and the new packages make more handy and elegant the products.
